Claims vs Facts Interesting.
interesting Wouldn't your link be about the same as the link I posted. One extreme to the other? I have to say that if you want to post links. Unbiased relative links would be much more effective. Wouldn't you say ;) |
Last Edited: January 22, 12:28pm for fear of "spewing anti-american hate" and not an opinion.
Are you trying to make it look like myself or a moderator "edited" your thread?? Because that is what I am thinking. See Deker's post above yours. That is what a real edited thread looks like. Is that your idea of a "quality post"? It was not even edited at all by anyone. Not even yourself. So don't make it look like it was. Thanks... |

I live in America will be able to vote for the upcoming election, and will indeed register and cast my vote - most likely for President Bush. I don't see why so many foreigners, especially foreigners from invisible countries such as Finland, dislike the President. It's not like you ever see Americans making posts about your President Tarja Halonen. Nos. |

Regardless of people's opinions about bush, I'm glad the conversations are starting up - finally. Americans need to educate themselves about the issues that are closest to them, and vote accordingly. Most importantly, VOTE. ...otherwise, what the hell is the point of a democracy? Note - I kept my opinions to myself!!!! holy crap, I think I bit my lip off! ;) |

"I don't see why so many foreigners, especially foreigners from invisible countries such as Finland, dislike the President" Really? You're serious? You don't see why? I'll leave this for someone from another so-called "invisible" country to answer. |

... republican democracy to be exact; America wasn't a pure democracy since day one.

what do you mean by that? Just because we, the so called "invisible countries", haven't got the "most powerfull man in the world", we're all suddenly invisible? Where do you get this from? Do you feel like youre "above" us non-americans? I don't even want to discuss a matter with you when you start like that .. You wouldn't be able to see it anyway, it's invisible, remember?.. |

I understand that it’s one sided. But it’s not a collaboration of a bunch of made up stories meant to trick people. It’s a different look at what Bush is doing. Nobody has to agree with it. I’m just offering another point of view. Besides I think it ties in well with the main post by PaavoPerkele. Edit : Forgot to put the top part in quotes. |
No, please - explain. Educate me. Nos.
In a nut shell, what America does very well affects the rest of the world. I think people from foreign countries would have a better grasp of that than we do. |
