And you know what I find hilarious? All those "Switch" commercials apple puts out. I mean, they make apple users look stupid, and I know there not. But there just sooo funny. I like the one that made fun of those switch commercials. hehe.

What's even funnier is how a PC-based online music distribution directly ripped off the Apple ads... www.buymusic.com don't bother visiting with anything other than IE on Windows. They don't want your business if you use anything else.

Hey, that site looks cool... I've been trying to find a site where you could buy mp3's legally.

I'd think twice about that before I bought anything from them.

Gecko, you saw macs crash? Sure, OS9 does but i've had my new 17' iMac for almost a year now and it has yet to crash...i sh*t you not. One time i was shown a dialogue that the finder needed to restart, so i clicked ok, 5 seconds later it was back to normal. Applications on OSX don't crash...they either hang (in which case you can always click on the finder or any other app and press command alt and esc or hold the mouse down on the dock icon and select 'force quit') or 'unexpectantly quit' just before they crash. The OS cannot be beaten. I'm buying a PC Laptop next week and i am not a happy camper. I need it for doing assignments when i'm coming home from England. I hate the thought of not having OSX greet me. And it has to be PC because my 3DSM is only for PCs.

Although, i am getting a fantastic deal for a 17' laptop...no point in getting a 15' for Digital Animation...http://www.meshcomputers.com/updated/powerview_171.htm

I don't really know that much about PCs..but i think the above laptop is ok, and it's cheap...ill be adding more RAM obviously.

I'm so sick and tired of this PC vs Mac bullsh*t.

I think we can all agree on that mac's OSes are more stable than Microsoft's. Maybe Microsoft is cathing up, XP does seem very stable, but still filled with security holes and voulnerabilities.

Also, macs are more expensive, if you compare the stuff you get for the money.

I'm also tired of Mac users acting like missionaries having a mission in life to 'convert' PC users to save their souls. Let us dwell in windows hell if we choose to!
Running windows is not that hard if you have some experience of how OSes and computers in general work. (not saying I'm a pro, I have problems I can't seem to solve without help)

And people always bring up how beautiful the mac OSes are...give me a break. Who cares how it looks? Eyecandy does nothing but clog the screen and hog resources IMO. Besides, windows is skinnable if you NEED to have your taskbar looking 'nice'.

I don't like the way a mac OS works, it's a getting-used-to-thing. It's my opinion, I choose not to use a macintosh. I like the way windows works. Period.

I think PC people bash mac users because mac users are so often preaching. People don't like preaching lol.
I have no problem using a mac now and then if I have to, it's not like I cry blood and spit on it.

Gah, oh well.. just use what you want to. At least try them both before saying anything. :p
