well, id say its better now. still not sure about it though, its good that your still practicing. my advice is to not waste time on coding something unless you're 100% sure its quality enough.

You are on the right path I think just take more tutorials and stuff, have a better selection of fonts, plus more complex content organization, eventually you'll get good.

well instead of using just simple background color use more complex tables and bg images etc, better color combinations. Baically instead of putting bunch of stuff on your site dress them up. Just keep go through people's web sites and you'll see what I mean.
