well... feel kinda like pank, if I'd made something that I really don't want to find everywere online, I'd not tell people how it was made. Then people could just try, try and try more, to reach a result like it... and in time, it will come... I took about 35 minuttes to make my "dublicate"... you can do it too... ! I'll give you some hints, mine is all based on Layer Styles, all the effects can be found there... and heathrowes tutorial should get you very very far... So really there's no secret, you just have to know what Photoshop can do  I have a lot of respect for pank, so really don't want to tell his secret...and I also have a lot of respect for you guys that really tries to find out what the secret is yourselves... and good luck to you... |

We all know pank is not telling us solely for the reason for newbies to actually go out and learn how Photoshop works and not just how to make a single effect.

That's why many of the tutorials are "tools" tutorials. I gaurantee if you mastered all of those you could make just about anything. While some of the "tools" tut's are not the coolest tutorials on the site they are probably the most important. Oh, and pixelchick just got banned. Just in case... ;) j/k |

well said pank the very reason my sites tuts are solely Tool oriented also i've had many request for this and that effect, but i see no need till the user has a firm grip on the tools cheers heathrowe |
