As do it, but I'll have to either sell my soul or my wife to get one.

Yeah, I get to take out a student loan, rather than sell loved ones, and/or internal organs.

Aaaaanyway... Given my upcoming purchase, I was wondering, does anyone know a good place to find laptop cases and/or bags? I'm thinkin' something below $50-ish. Being that the 17" one is freakishly massive, they require a more manly case to accomodate it's technogical heft. I googled one search, and found few really promising answers. This place had a few, but only the backpack types were big enough. I want one that's a little more messenger bag-like. Timbuk2.com had some, but they were too damn flashy. And they're freakin' expensive. Of course, I could get one of these, and use one backpack for everything as in school books, papers, notebooks, and assorted art supplies, but I like having the LT in a separate bag, so I can whip it out at a moments notice, and pity some foo, with my pixelicious skills. There is always the standard Targus bags, which are relatively cheap, but a tad too plain. Part of me wants to be like, "I HAVE A POWERBOOK IN HERE, DAMMIT. BOW DOWN BYATCH!", and if that were the case, I'd have a bag like this, or one like this one, or this one, or this one. Anyway, you get the point. I like the first one the best, so far. If I was carrying that around, it'd look like I was on my way to go break into some secure government facility. Anyway... *Edit* Link issues. |
