OMG!!
ok step by step instructions... btw how long have u touched ps?

1)use the grid, view, show, grid
2)use the marquee tool, hold alt and make your square
3)make a new layer and fill it with some colour u don't like
4)use the polygon lasso tool, make a triangle to the side you wanna cut
5)hit delete and you're done!!

please.. don't tell me this doesn't help..:D

I don't mind helping you... at all, but you are going to have to at least read the help files in Photoshop

go to > HELP and start reading the topics, you will learn alot just by doing that. The questions you are asking are things that are touched on in the most basic of the help files.

As far as putting your image at the bottom of your posts, go to your "profile" (click the profile button at the top of this page) then click on the "edit profile" link at the top of the resulting page.... then look for the feild named "signature" and put an image source in that feild. Be aware that not all servers allow remote linking.

th blue part is not is not all blue
some part is missing
cuz i use the paintbrush to fill it in

Why the pictures is so blurry
after i upload it?????

try and save the file as a gif, not as a jpg.

go to file --> save as or even better: file --> save for web.
