duh, lol i am strickly amd... I see it all the time, and yea lol v-card upgrade time, i love my geforce 2 ti though... =( it performs so good for me. lol give me some money and ill bye one ;-) hehe AMD for life sucka! oh and Via chip sets for life too hehe |

Michael, Psycho.... You guys are right that MHz don't mean everything. But you must also realize that blind brand loyalty is anything but wise, especially in the computer technology field. It is true that AMD used to outperform P4 for a while, but hey, the tables are turning, and they will turn again. And again. You want another example? Look at NVidia and ATI. This is just the nature of of the market, and, trust me, it is not a bad thing. So, estimate your needs, do your research, and buy the best you can afford; never mind the brand. I bought a P4 because it had a wider FSB than the AMD, and thus it performed better in video editing and 3D rendering. I could care less about which company's name was on the lable. |

don't throw 'em out, give 'em to me. i have use for all computers, lol. found an old 300mhz in the garbage that still worked, brought it home, and used the parts and works great. :D

my computer right now uses parts from an old crappy Emachines PC...works fine...im using IDE cables...some screws little crap like that. also the second HD that I have is DUCT TAPED to one of the walls...holds great... |

duct tape is great, except in your situation you are killing your hd, u arnt giving your hd any breathing room leading to hd failures and crashing. fyi btw thanks, Michael |
