But why do you want an Athlon? Pentium is better for graphics -- it has a wider FSB.

And Im prolly not getting a new mobo nor a new graphics card, so i dont even beg anymore, besides I only wanted that for games and I just my PS2 now, and with GTA: Vice City coming out soon, I think im going to forget all about school, friends, HW, the internet...just GTA...

Nice comps .. But mine works just as well. Don't need a super computer to produce 2D art

Yeah, I had to put my PS2 away after the first six months -- way too busy now.

Sidez -- you're right, for 2D one doesn't need much. I mess around with Bryce from time to time, and that can be pretty
taxing on mine sometimes, depending on the rendering resolution.

I will probably get a new graphics card, and that will be it for a while. And then it will be time to build a new one again!

WOW! lol, geforce2 mx IS popular. i wonder if everyone realizes that it SUCKS for games, heh. that's one reason why i stopped playing 99% of games, with the card and my mobo, they tend to freeze up. the only one that DOESN'T is counter-strike, but stopped playing because it got boring. damn...i need to get a new card, i wanna play WC3, GTA3 again, and get back into THPS3 again too so i can kill online against other people. :D
