Yeah, at the end when the bolt lights up, and rolls out the window I think I might've stood up and applauded.

I gotta buy that when it comes out.

The special edition one, I mean.

fantastic film that so few people have seen...one of my favorite animated films, and definitely my fave non-pixar one.

Anime anyone?

I'm not talking Pokemon or Dragonball but decent Anime. Let's say, Cowboy Bebop, love that serie and the film.

Never seen an episode of cowboy beebop but I sorta like it by proxy, because I like Yoko Kanno, who does the soundtrack, and who also did the Escaflowne Soundtrack, and I LOVED detective story, from the animatrix, which was made (both written and directed, I assume) by ShinichirĂ´ Watanabe. The story was obviously a little too melodramatic, but good lord, was the animation amazing. And the whole anachronistic, art-deco, 30's look to everything was AMAZING. I've recently become a pseudo fan of the whole steampunk genre, just because it's makes for some really fun characters and machines.

I'm almost surprised that no Uber-nerd casemodder has taken it upon himself to make the computer from that movie. Wasn't the character's name Detective Ash?

Just for the record, I think the black and white technique was FUTHERMUCKING GENIUS, just because there were scenes where it looked like an old film noir movie, and you COULD NOT tell the difference, and I think that that was amazing. I mean, like, being able to use color, and whatever other effects you want, but choosing not to, and still having the whole thing look amazing. I mean, you gotta give it up for that.

ANYWAY, I think this thread was about Star Wars Episode 3.

Um...

Any takers on that one?
