So you don't want to live in this country either right?

Please god, don't suggest that 3rd and 4th generation people should be repatriated.
I am glad im not American. I am glad i wasnt born here. But im here now so i have to be concerned.
I think Mattboy was talking about that statement. And if you are glad not to be an American I agree with Mattboy. Why not leave if you don't like it. Not to sound like a dick but it pisses me off when people want to live here then say crap like that. I'm sure you don't mind "American" money...

That would mean the majority of Americans were MORONS

ugh! - that electoral college thing again, malibu! - (doesn't it bug you a little?)

I finally agree with you conservatives on one thing - if you don't like it here in America, buy your ass a map, get in the car, and drive to the airport or the border. You might be able to find a vet who will gladly spot you some cab fare.

I'm a lefty. I hate Bush's regime, and I have several issues with the way this country's foreign policy is being unilaterally shoved down people's throats right now by the richest of the rich - but I will defend my right to argue and vote until my mouthy ass gets censored by a religious freak or thrown out. My grandparents fought for my rights in WWI and WWII.

And, you don't think it's more than a "oops" when you "lose" a then-former president's son's military records. The secret service has followed this family for 25 years, you mean to tell me they just "lost" the records? My hairy ass. He's a farce, a rich kid who weaseled his way through the system to become the leader of the free world. Proving to little kids everywhere that money can buy you anything you want. Especially power.
Man this stuff is interesting, BUT i dont wanna get involved or have an opinion. Stuff is just messed up that is all i say. I am glad im not American. I am glad i wasnt born here. But im here now so i have to be concerned.
That pisses me off when you see how many people have given their lives for this country, then people are just ungrateful. What if it was someone you knew that died just so you could live here and stay free?

If you ask me, I think with all the mistakes with Iraq this is definetly a small oops.

Kerry and Edwards are shoving their policy's down your throat? Please note that Kerry and Edwards are FAR FAR FAR more wealthy than Bush and Cheney.

Isn't Kerry's wealth through his wife’s inheritance?

edit* I dunno. People who win the lottery for instance aren’t necessarily in the same mind frame as someone who’s played the corporate field.

Edward's last income before holding any office was $22 million dollars.

I don't think that has anything to do with anything, though. The man was rich - so? He's probably smarter than the guy making $50,000/year, correct? Being successful in life is nothing to shy away from.

Nos.

Incorrect. Maybe at McDonalds the fry guy logic works. More often than not, it means you joined a fraternity, your family is wealthy, or you screwed and lied and covered up enough illegal, crooked money to blackmail your way to money. (see: Enron)
Example: some of my executive bosses are downright DUMB as hell, and the guys in the mailroom and the parking garage are really brilliant.

This isn't a beef with Republicans, it's a beef with politicians. What would our nation be like if a single, black, mother of 4 was running for office - ANY office???
