Well in the last week it's been 70's for the highs, sometimes 50's for the highs, it's rained and warmed up, it's rained and cooled off. The lows have been anywhere from the 30's to the 50's.

Mobile, Alabama's motto: If you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it'll change.

We've go the same problem in Iowa. Yesterday it was only about 30°. Today at noon-30 it was at 50°, now only 3 hours later it's back down to 35°.
damn...u could not pay me to live in canada! Ct is cold enough. One more degree...and my toilet would freeze over lol
Yeah, Canada is one gigantic, frozen wasteland, littered with eskimos and polarbears with the occasional trapper.

The entire country is not engulfed by the Arctic Circle. I can guarantee you British Columbia is a paradise compared to many of your states. Cold snaps happen, this is called "weather". However, the sun does manage to grace us with its presence through-out the year and we even manage to have a thing called "summer".

You would have to put a gun to my head to make me move to somewhere like Buffalo, Los Angeles, New York, or Oklahoma.

Silly americans...

Oh yeah, if your toilet water is freezing, I may suggest moving to Canada. We provide heat and electricity to ALL our citizens. :p

Mihai, -18 C is about -0.4 F, so yeah, that's DAMN cold. Also, for you EuroFolk, I found this, so you can translate your weird metric temperatures.

haha - It's only weird if you use Fahrenheit
We crazy euros think you're screwed I mean when you think about it "subzero" refers to Celsius degrees 0C being the freezing temperature for water ...
uh - oh - also - why can't you people use metric like all normal people lol - your armies think we're cool - a "click" means one kilometer if I'm not mistaking

We do use metric for some things, but to just switch over would be total chaos. I use "liters" when talking about car engines (my car has a 3.9 liter V8). I use meters when running track (I ran the 400 and the 800 meter). I use.....yeah, that's about it.

I agree though. We should be using S.I. units, it's ridiculous that we're not. I mean, think about it. 12 inches to a foot? 3 feet to a yard? 5280 feet to a mile? It hardly makes any logical sense at all, whereas with SI it's all 1, 10, 100, 1000, etc.
