It's starting to happen in the USA.

EDIT: And I wasn't trying to start anything about racism here. I am not racist. I make comments sometimes that might lead you to believe I am, but most of my friends are white and I have nothing against an entire race. It's stupid to generalize like that.

Speaking from the perspective of a Mexican American who has yet to pull the race card as a reason for anything yet, I can say with good conscience that when you are on the other side of some action it is very hard to differentiate between racism and plain rudeness/hate. It seems easy to see when you are not a minority but the lines are blurred on the other side of the fence. It's hard to explain, if someone needs me to clarify I will.

I get turned off a lot by pathetic attitudes of any ethnic group. When blacks wanna act like thugz in da hood I have no respect for them whatsoever. When Mexicans wanna act like thugz in da casa, I have no respect for them. When whites wanna act like babies and bitch about everything, I have no respect for them. But when anybody, whether they are black, white or mexican is working to support themselves, honestly planning for their future, taking responsibility for their actions and just plain giving a ****, then I have respect for them. I think the Mexicans are one up on a lot of black people because they're in this country working for a better life, whether they're legal or not. I hired a few mexicans for work on my house and they impressed me so much with their dedication and respect that I hire them and recommend them every chance I get. As long as those black people who act victimized at every turn, waiting to have stuff handed to them, or being all obnoxious about the fact that they have a Land Rover parked behind their shack in the hood act the way they do, I'm not going to respect them. Not because I'm racist, but because I won't tolerate apathy and ignorance from anybody.

I hope nobody reads any unintended meanings into that, if you do I'll try and clear up what I mean.
