I lived in Oklahoma aswell for 12 or so years and I always called it "pop". I actually like Pepsi more then Coca-Cola because Pepsi is more refreshing while Coke tastes flat.

Ok, the truth 'bout vanilla cokes and pepsis comes here...They taste awful on their own. Period. But, yupp, there's a but here (No, paavo and NL not that kind of butt), and that is if you like rum and coke but find the rum to expensive like it is in sweden, you just buy ordinairy vodka and a vanilla coke and you've got your self a substitue that's quite ok, actually. Yupp, that's a fact ! |

OK, geck...It's a ironic fact. Perhaps I didn't state that to obvious, but now I do. I do get that plp like it...But not to many i guess. I read somewhere that the sales didn't go to well so that they would stop making it...? Perhaps only in Sweden. But nev' the less... I just thought I would share an economy tip ;) |

Whatever happened to good ol' fashioned Mountain Dew? Have we already forsaken caffiene for some hussy of a soda in a new label? |

True, Pganguly. Truth be told, I prefer to have Vanilla ice cream while drinking regular coke. Silly zyc! After drinking enough bacardi anejo, ANYTHING is good with bacardi anejo! |

I honestly can't taste too much Vanilla in Vanilla Coke. It tastes a little different, but nothing shocking. Vanilla Pepsi was like drinking ice cream.

I was surprised they were aloud to make Pepsi with vanilla in it. I would have thought that it was copyright or something. But I guess they both (Coke and Pepsi) put lemon in their products, so... Way up here in Newfoundland (disclaimer: not from here) there are a lot of people that call everything Pepsi. Like orange soda and mountain dew, etc. It's all "Pepsi". Kinda new to me - I call everything Coke. tom |

Well, I didn't think that pepsi wouldn't be allowed to, since they made dr.pepper, and then coke made cherry coke. But I did think there would be some copyright on the name itself. I mean... its the same... vanilla.
