my advice: relax. do the work you want your way at home and just worry about passing the class not being picasso.

just wait until you get a design temp job and they have a six year old copy of photoshop, dreamweaver 1, and a scanner the size of a small car. then you are going to be pissed and have a tough time doing the work you are required.

Yea, true. I'm here now, guess I'll just live with it, not that it's a big deal to begin with, just a lot different from what I'm used to. I guess it's time to load up on clipart for my pages :D

I second Charm's lament.

Try building mega-layer 11 X 17 posters in Photoshop 5, on a 180MHz PowerMac 7300, 32 MB RAM, on a 15 inch monitor. This was 2 years ago for me, and it's when I told my boss I'd be working at home until he got me better gear. He dropped in another 128MB of RAM, and that's it. I quit 1 month later. His business is failing. Ha.

I finished the 3 page site today. It's not too bad once I got started with the CSS and resizing some clipart images and stuff. It could be a lot better, but with what I had, I think it came out fairly well, nothing extravagant, but decent. I'll upload it tomorrow when I go in to let you guys see what I did, heh.
