My new site...

mmmm its okay, nice clean design.

Wasn't sure of the graphics, as you have a banner at the top of the page and the rest os just a gray, seems out of contrast they don't seem to work together, looks as though its missing something. Also perhaps a little menu overkill, Its always nice to have a few buttons of visible links or common pages etc..

Still the sites clean and got some nice touches.

I like your site, simple yet effective. I would reccomend you changing your drop down menu's background color to maybe a blue color (like the one you use in your top image). I think it is easier to see.
