I doubt it. People who steals someones graphics like that, and just slap on their logo, are bastards in general. If they didn't realize how wrong it was to do that i doubt they would do a simple curtesy like giving them credit.

Even if he DID give him credit that wouldn't make its ok. he still STOLE someone's graphics design w/o their permission. Thats illegal. Sure, not much legal action will take place against the bastard, but its still copyright infridgment.

OK think of the type of person who gets a big ego becuase they have a 'badass' page with a design that isn't even theres.

Theres already something seriously wrong with them to start with to even want to do it, let alone realize they are gonna be found out lol.
