Yeah it looks better. Don't you think?

Maybe try and blur it just a little less. Just *enough* so the jagged edges are smooth, but not so much that the edge *looks* like it was blurred. See if you can find the common ground there.

But yes, blurred looks better than jagged in most people's opinions.
