Logo selection. Opinions?

Here are 3 designs that I have created as potential logos for my little side business I am trying to develop... D4 Design.

What do you guys think? Do you like any of them? None of them?

They are intentionally black and white because they are all in the development stages and need to pass the fax/letterhead test. Color may or may not be added later...

I'll probably design 3 more before I pick a final selection but I sure could use some feedback at this point from any of you guys who understand the concept and mission of a logo.

The second one's my favourite - elegant font, plus it's the one that shouts "good design!" at me the most. The others seem slightly uninspired, but the second one is great. Doesn't really need colour, but if you decide to add it when you design the site itself, keep it restrained.

I´d go for the first one, if I have to choose one.

I totally agree with "Ion".. The second SCREAMS elegant design.. I think it's an excellent look for a logo.. VERY professional look to it.. I think you should definitely consider using that one.. ;)

No question 'bout it. Number dos, two, två, kaxe, deu, to, and so on, Have to agree with Ion an' Tommy, it is with out a doubt the most elegant one. I'm waiting for the other three you said you might do, though....
