It still looks like an over-use and an abuse of filters. Some filters are ok, but you have gone way overboard with them. Most 'grunge' doesn't look like it was made with a filter. Instead, they look like many different, unrelated elements mixed together into what some call controlled chaos. Personally, I would scrap the entire thing, but that's just me. Don't take it to heart. What you might try doing is learning the other tools that photoshop has to offer before relying on filters to acheive a desired technique. A good way to learn would be to take 5 or 6 photos and edit>transform them, cut them into peices, change their blending modes. duplicate the layers they are on and play with blending modes again. For a peice that demonstrates how to overuse filters, it's spot on. For a peice that represents 'grunge' or a style somewhat like it, it's off by a mile. |

Lol. sorry for lack of explanation. The colors are very bright, and it was kinda startling (did you invert it?). If you want to pursue an elfy appearance in the image, get some earthy tones like soft greens and browns.

Yellow! Wow! It's all...white. Maybe you accidentally didn't save it in RGB mode and in gray hues instead? I know there's a button somewhere to switch it...PS did it to me on one occassion all by itself.
