Colored some images.

I'm trying to color an image every night before i go to bed. Just quick BSing stuff. Just find something and color it. Just to get practice, have a little fun. So far i'm having alot of fun.

hehe...yah..i know. A bit funky but i had fun. The orignal was done in pencil and looked so much better before i slaped it in photoshop, but i really had fun with the hair. Colored a bit more heavily than my usual style.

Just a quick color, something about the image struck me, so i colored it in. I want to try this again but with hardness set to 100 and try to get some really sharp strokes in there, might go better with the image. But i like how it turned out

I really got into this one. I bet 50% of my time was spent trying to color in those damn gold parts. oi. But i had alot of fun and i love the way the skirt and hair turned out. Probably spent and hour and a half on this image, and since i start this before i want to go to bed i ended up not finishing it because DPQ needs her sleep!! heh. But my favorite so far.

IF anyone has anything they any me to slap around in photoshop feel free to post.

FYI:No i didn't draw any of them i just randomly found them on the net.

The last one is really good. The first one has really big boobies. The second one is good too but doesn't stand out because it isn't "really good" like the last one, or have "really big boobies" like the first one.

Challenge someone to a coloring match! Today! If you do one every night anyway, you might as well do it in a challenge!

But that would defeat the purpose of doing it every night 'just for fun'
I just want to color, and not expect anything from myself, and just have fun. sometimes i get to color alot, and really get into, or something just doing it because i'm try to get practice. Either way i'm just starting an image, and if i feel like just bull****ing it and jught lightly coloring, so be it.

But if i start challenging people than i start feelliing like i have to do specific things well. bah on that. Plus anyone who actually know anything about colors and light sources would kick my ass.

Bah. It's a friendly competition. We aren't going to yell at you and say that you suck if you don't get as many votes. The winner isn't even important. It's just a fun thing to do, and interesting to see how different two people's images can be even though they are starting from the same place. It's a great way to learn and practice too.

Why attached 'competition' to it. Why not just post an image and let everyone color it and everyone nods and smiles and says 'nice image' lol

I'm not trying to ruin your coloring fun time. I'm just saying... you're already doing it... why not just do it with someone else and see what they come up with? it's fun. don't even think about it being a competition.

Theres the orignal image if anyone else wants to try their hand at this. Post your results, even if it looks like some drunken one-armed man make it in MS paint. This is just for fun.

not to get off topic (great job on the last one), but at the root they are so cruel, if someones picture sucks they let em know it. its very refreshing to come back here where everyone is so friendly :D
