In need of help :(

Hi, I could really use a hand if anyone is willing to help. To get into durham college one of the requirments is that I design a 3 doller bill. I was able to get John Treduea (former Canadian Prime Minsiter I used for the bill) TO became Inkek right like a bill usin brush strokes then Ink. How ever I cant get the bill it self to come out the same. It messes the bill up but works him the way I need.


P.S. I am using adobe 7. Any help would be great thank you.

try monochromatic noise. One way might be to make another layer of black and white noise, run a brush stroke filter and then change the blending mode.

Does this have anything to do with PS 7's anti-counterfeit measures? It doesnt load a picture of a bill, not just US, but others too.

it would be helpful if you could show an example of your problem, so we know exactly what you need to do. and PS7 does not have anti counterfeir measures, that just for photoshop cs

i would upload it but I dont wont to get in trouble if the college finds with this with some search program. I will try what you said random thank you. And #7 what were you talking about.

He was talking about how Adobe has actually taken majors, and you cannot scan in any bills from pretty much any country. It won't let them in Photoshop CS. :p

Oh, im sorry, i forgot 8 is CS, not 7!

Photoshop CS (8) has a thing where you cant load up a picture of a bill. Im going to try it right now, actually..

Ok. Sorry about posting in the wrong spot. It wasnt my fualt and its hard to describe how it happend. Anyways. The noise helped and I didnt under stand the second suggestion. When I tried to add noise it wouldnt let me cuz the layer was empty and I didnt know how to incorprete another shape into it, to make the bill look right.

lol does it scan in... there must be a way around it... I need money

uhh if the layer is empty and u want to add niose why no go to edit, fill, choose forground color and then klik ok
