Thats ****ing amazing. Its really pretty, but I like the grunge in it - gives it a different style than normal paintings. Kinda almost looks like oil paint or pastels or something (?). Nice job.

I am constantly experimenting with ways of producing digital artwork. For this portrait I used a new method I'm working on; a combination of starting with a very rough displacement filtered photo and the same unaltered photo to use as an eyeball reference. Here is the unaltered "eyeball reference" photo. The one I used to look at as I digitally painted over the other one. http://www.mojoko.com/eza.portraits/meta20040208.ref1.jpg ...and here is the altered photo I used as a base to paint over. http://www.mojoko.com/eza.portraits/meta20040208.ref2.jpg I'm going to do a tutorial on this technique and post it on my site some day soon... |

awesome work, eyewoo... as always.... and good job on the tutorial too, but one thing, maybe teamps needs a tutorial on posting pictures on the forum. Use links... hyperlinks. Don't post the images directly. Thanks.
