It's about 4500 x 4800 pixels... She did like it. I'm leaviung on a trip and won't be home the 14th, so I gave it early...

oh, i didn't know that that was a digital painting. you must have a great collection of photoshop brushes and know how to best use them. great job.

Thats ****ing amazing. Its really pretty, but I like the grunge in it - gives it a different style than normal paintings. Kinda almost looks like oil paint or pastels or something (?). Nice job.

I am constantly experimenting with ways of producing digital artwork. For this portrait I used a new method I'm working on; a combination of starting with a very rough displacement filtered photo and the same unaltered photo to use as an eyeball reference.

Here is the unaltered "eyeball reference" photo. The one I used to look at as I digitally painted over the other one.

awesome work, eyewoo... as always.... and good job on the tutorial too, but one thing, maybe teamps needs a tutorial on posting pictures on the forum. Use links... hyperlinks. Don't post the images directly. Thanks.
