went out and took some night pics

i just set up my cam on my tripod and just pressing the shutter lightly
it doesnt tilt the camera
adn you can still hold on to it :D

I personally think that the tilting makes the photo way more interesting....I love the colors...

It's a Sony DSC-F717 (the one with the Vario-Sonnar Carl Zeiss lens)

When you take night images, all the colors seem to go in one direction (usually a green-ish yellow or a red-ish orange) due to the street lighting, so I had to do some Photoshopping on some of the images to bring out all of the colors, but nothing dramatic.

sweet looking camera!

you must have changed the levels... I always do that when I scan a photo, it gives a much nicer effect to it

I am getting the Sony DSC-f828 tomorrow and was wondering how the carl zeiss lens was? Is it nice and clear??? I have some quantaray lens' for my canon rebel and I am not to happy with the sharpness and clarity of them...

it's VERY clear and sharp .if I would have to buy a new cam today, the 828 would be the one i'd go for. excellent choice.

Excellent pics. Gotta love the f717. Im using that and love it. did you design your site, or is that some sort of photo album program?

since my php knowledge is very basic, i had to use functions from another project, but the design is all mine.
