i do believe it is a PS set. I could be wrong. Can someone verify this? if not, I will see if I can find out where it is from.

It is a PS set. Go to your brushes pallete and click the little right pointing arow at the top of the pallete, choose Thick Heavy Brushed and you can append or replace your current brushes.
