The saber looks TOO well defined. It looks like a long glowing green dildo.

Perhaps if you add some inside glow of white (with a hint of green) light, coupled with the outside green glow it would look more realistic.

But still pretty good for never seeing the movie.

You can making a Light saber really easy by using the pen tool, selecting two points, then stroking the path with the airbrush set to dark green and a wide brush set to light opacity. Then stroking the path again whith white/lt green with a smaller brush and a harder opacity.

Just some suggestions

well, that looks much better but the blade doesn't look connected to the handle because of the drop shadow on the handle.

I would blur the white into the green more. You can actually trace a definite path around the white area of the saber, in fact the whole blade should be blurred more. Because you can see 3 definite areas, the white part, the solid green, and the green fuzz. It should be blurrier so that the edges arent as definite.

the handle needs work. It looks just like a pipe tutorial. and you wouldnt find those little orbs in any lightsaber handle.

otherwise it's fine.

And damn you havent seen any star wars movies?... where have you been for the past 30 years, under a rock? :D
