The buildings are photos. But thats not a real skyline. I used maybe 3 or 4 different shots of the same city to make that skyline. The train tracks are a combination of both. The rails are real...from an old photo...but the wood i faked (u can totally tell in the little pic i posted). The sky is also a combination. A gray cloud photo as the base for the sky...smoke/detailed clouds painted.

So its like 50% painted...50% photomanip lol.
