Looking Closer

I made this to symbolize my renewed inspiration (for lack of better phrase). My first post a while ago was about how i couldnt think outside the trendy crap..and for months I couldnt create anything @ all. Now Im trying to be as original as I can and it seems to work quite well.

The image is fairly simple. I really wanted to use that photo...but as i worked on it i found the contrast/shapes were really hard to work around. So some basic editing...color correcting...etc and i came up with this. It looks good (i think so at least )and the meanings there (i guess thats all that matters lol)

As to butterflys...well now that you brought it to my attention it totally does.....but its just leaves and flowers

That's great color, and I really like how the bush/flowers pop out of the frame on the bottom (I think it'd look even better if you did that on the sides, too).

Actually I would like to do that to the sides...but that is basically the end of the photo. On the right side (the only side that overlaps the border) I have about 1/2 inch of leaf.

I really like it...
The only thing I sat my eye on is the branch that gets cut off at the bottom of the image...

It reminds me of those magazine adds for Canon color. Or some printer company.
