Wow... that looks really good man! The sky is great.
It perhaps needs a bit more contrast on the rock, so it looks more 3d. It's good as it is, but it can be a bit better perhaps.

can somebody tell me the basic howto make that in photoshop? Is that the pencil tool or something..

Thats pretty sweet man, Im not sure the background picture does the detail of the "islands" any good, there is some grainyness to the backgound image and it kindof makes the "islands" look out of place because they are so good compared to the bg. I would maybe consider looking for a Higher resolution backgound picture thats not so grainy.

Other then that I think its amazing nice work :D
