Well, Cinema is great at rendering at a fast pace. That took 1 and a half hours to render and a half an hour to retouch. Does it look real though? I can't really tell becuase i made it..that's the downfall-when you make something, you dont know what it's like! It's not a question of a Mac or anything (although Cinema 4D runs best in OSX on a Mac), it's really up to RAM, i've got 512mb SDRAM you see..

Those are some awesome renders cybling... nice work... are you creating that entire image in a 3d prog or is it a digital photo then you just add stuff to it? either way its awesome :D

I know its nothing to do with platform.. Said that cause the next box I'll buy is a Mac.. Wanna feel the hype :p

Yeah, much better, this time it was so great, the rendering so good and the lightening and the shadows.. man you know yours stuff.

Thanks! Fusion, the iamge is entirely 3D, as you can see the wireframe in the frame on the table.. The way i got the sphere to reflect a room, was quite easy. I got an inverted picture of a room and mapped it on a sphere which encompasses the table....There is also no lights in the scene, it's rendered fromt he light the picture around it gives off, meaning that you get the same sort of atmoshperic look to it. Sidez, good man yourself :D |
