Does this Layout look good for a beginer

Not really, looks like a cut and paste job. You'll need to work on those jagged edges on the sphere and try to loose the beveling.

yeah basicly.. this was my first and it sux as i said im workin on a new one i started in class today..*stupid buisness class* i dunno what im doin half the time ive only had photoshop for like 2 weeks...But i got 3d max 4 and i know how to use it..Kinda..

But in all seriousness, keep plucking away at PS. Remember, you dont need every filter in your designs. Layers, layers, layers are the key, they are your friend. If you have a chance, read up on basic design fundamentals such as contrast, perpsective and all that jazz. (my mind froze and I forgot the fundamentals, blahhh, back to work for me.) Keep is up man.

yo i used 2 filters gausin blur or however u spell it and... lighting affects thats all..
