New user, wanting some feed back

If you want to put text vertically, look for a font that looks good when it's put like that, or keep it at a 90° CCW or CW rotation. Try to use different fonts, we have a large selection of links for font sites in our resource section.

The first one is filtertastic and the second one is, well, done a hundred other places and with better execution.

your images don't seem to been thought out. You just started playing with alot of photos and filters and what not.
On the second one, why is there a barcode?
It looks like you just put it there because you knew how to make it... which I think is silly.
