Well I listen to metal when I'm Photoshopping, but the object is to get people to make stuff based on what they are listening to, whether they like it or not.

nice idea really! yall gotta put longer timelimits on these challenges tho, coz my modem aint to fond on downloading heavy files, and... well listening to ONE song while ure doing a picture... i spent like atleast 3-4 hrs on all my pixelchallenge pix so far... would destroy the song after a while... and it still needs to be a good one, make it an entire record instead? :D

www.mtv.com has a LOT of free downloads, as well as free views of music videos. Also, a lot of bands have free downloads at their website. It shouldn't be too hard to find free music.


As for the comment on time...
It could work around a specific CD, a specific band, or even a musical category. Those might give the same inspirational effect.

This is a really cool idea. Is there specific genre of music that will be used by every one. Maybe everyone can use they own song and mention it or something.

How can you not have speakers on your computer, are you mad!?

With no speakers, there's no overly load music and helluva bassy gunshot sounds, NOOOOO!!

I think the idea of using either a band, style of music or an album is better than a single song, one song on repeat would drive me mad.

Someone challenge me, please.
