i dont critized your skills, becuase i have never seen anything u have made. i just say that if your make plastic looking light maybe you should learn something about lights
I dont have that problem, and i have never heard about it.
And its right i love 3ds max, but i would never critized a program just to make 3ds max better, If you like cinema its okay with me, but dont say bad things about other programs just because u dont use it. That is only my point.

ok i went to the website and they had demoversions to download...but which one?
CINEMA 4D XL
CINEMA 4D ART
CINEMA 4D GO
BodyPaint 3D

nm i found a products link...i know what they do individually...and it sounds as though i'd need Go and bodypaint, or is bodypaint useless, like eyecandy?
and is go just like PSelements (Scaled down just as much?)

go with XL

body paint is simply for 3d "painting", XL has a material editor intergrated so it's not like you can't add textures and colours without body paint. Just Get XL :D

XL definitely. They cut the price down to $799 or something last week...get it while it''s cheap. You could get GO, but it doesn't have all the features

By the way Amen, i use C4D for all my stuff, check them out at www.cyblingdesign.com
