Ack, hiss, Geocities.

Geocities doesn't allow remote hosting. you have to put your images on a html page and THAN post that html file here

Thats because its stored in your cache. YOUR comp remembers seeing it so it loads it from memory.

It won't for anything else unless they look at your webpage first than load the URL of the image. laaame.

Oh yeah, are you still here?.....HEHE!

just kidding.

Lets see, well you need to work on isolating an image from its background. the one you tryed of mew was pretty ragged.




I did this extraction by running >IMAGE>ADJUST>THRESHOLD

on a duplicate of the green channel and then painting in the areas I wasted to keep, then I used that duplicate channel as a mask.

Ya know i had this really funny comment for this but for the life of me i can't recall how to spell "me-na-shway-ta mwhaha

Once you have the image w/o ANY background (IE what Torn posted) place it on the background image. Now, lets see, try applying the same lighting effect on the animal...thing...as you did on the Background. Its a start.
