Though the image isn't anything earth-shattering, the technique may leave you scratching your head. I'm gonna let this one float for awhile, unless someone can guess rather quickly.

Yep, you're absolutly right. I don't know why I put it here.

I must be the one snoring tonight. I'll see if I can get Pank to move it.

I just saw the informercial for it like a week ago...can't imagine why you would actually buy that?.....

Rainbow art is pretty cool, however this looks reminiscent of a "wacom".

Truthfully, I have NO idea. I've spent about the last 4 hours trying to re-create it to absolutely no avail...good question.....................

Well now I have something similar using gradients and the smudge tool, but nothing quite as complex as you have there.
