Customer wants EPS file format |

Sorry to drag up this old thread, but my customer has come back with another request. To backtrack, I redid the project in Illustrator CS and saved as a .eps file. Sent it to them that way. Don't know what this means but this is what they want me to do.... "Could you please down save this eps file to Illustrator 10 with any fonts outlined" Anyone have a clue what this means? I don't have Illustrator 10, anyone aware of any compatibility problems between 10 and CS? Also, the only font used was Verdana. What do you think they mean by "outlined"? |

First: Select your type, go to the type menu and select "create outlines". This turns the font into paths. Second: Save your EPS. When you click ok you should get a dialog box of options. From there change the "compatability" to version 10. |
