Stupid slicse

here's another tip regarding Auto Slices that Photoshop generates.
Even though you may use the Ctrl + H or View/Show/ then untick Slices options, the moment, you hit the Slice Tool, (even if you don't create one), the Auto Slice re-appears...errggg, that pest...

So here's what to do...

While you have the 'Slice Select Tool' on the Toolbar active, go up on the Options Bar, click the'Hide Auto Slice' (far right) button -- walllaaa

Auto Slice be gone

The Auto Slices will remain hidden until you click the 'Show Auto Slices' button, even when you create 'User Slices' with the Slice Tool.
