Is there a way to set which color is used for the lens flare? Like for the 50-300mm, it uses a red color - can I set it to #70BC1F? If so, how?

No. You can always make the lens flare in it's own file, then change the color of that by pressing ctrl-u. I wouldn't use the lens flare filter at all actually, it never looks good in graphics. Never. |

It's impossible for you to do that since lens flares are several different colors.

Have you tried first desaturating it, then adjusting the levels, then doing the color changing? That should get you pretty close I would think.

make a lensflare... make a new layer, fill the new layer with that color of yours, change the layerblending mode to color or hue or something.

Well it's impossible to make a picture in one color. Say you have a basic picture and you change the color to #70BC1F you'll have different shades of that color ... a bit lighter,a bit darker etc ... Otherwise you'd just have a big square filled with #70BC1F and nothing more. |
