Help phototshop 7

also....since when did Photoshop 7 have a popup box for text? Photoshop 5.5 did, but not Photoshop 6 or 7.

One point I'd like to make is, how am I (for example) meant to learn photoshop without pirating it?
I can't afford it and the courses dedicated to photoshop cost more than the software, so I obviously can't afford them either.
Don't mention free courses, cuz I'm doing an HND (option of a degree too) at the moment in Digital Media (you all got that?) and we've barely touched photoshop, I know more than the tutors and I wouldn't be in this position if I didn't have photoshop.
