A problem with color display Vs. actual color...

thanks that's definitely an idea, but i don't think we have any other cards that aren't being used around the office right now.

it's strange, it's the only problem i've experienced thus far on the new machine, and it's such a minor one(in some aspects) which makes me almost certain that 1) it's something very small that i am overlooking, and 2) it's not a hardware problem...

i could be wrong though

Try the following:

1) Open Photoshop

2)Click on Image

3)Click on Mode

4)Put a Check next to "R G B Color"

(not Indexed Color)
