I used to have an EMS partner who used to read novels driving code....and to make matters worse...he had had this terrible "twitch" and would jerk the steering wheel in all directions.

in new york, you can't even leave the lights on when you're on a dark road(upstate) when a car is coming towards you. sure it'll blind the other guy, but at least i can see where the hell im driving.

In finland you´re not allowed to drive unless you´ve slept a whole night´s sleep, eaten well, showered and cut your toeNails.
We have frequent raids by the police checking all that. :D

In Ireland, people drive on the left hand side of the road. Your American way is backwards...
