One of my good friends works at Best Buy, so I was asking him about the systems and this is what he told me. The Gamecube is made by Nintendo, so most of the games will be target to the younger audience, but there are a few games that I would like to play. The XBox is targeted more for the older people. Most of the games for this system are rated for the more mature viewers (guess that counts me out ). For now I think I'll stick with my PS2, but I'll probably pick up an XBox when the price goes down, I'm kinda poor.

I never would buy a Xbox ... all the games for it will be 99% available on PC. And it's Micro$oft .. enough said. Playstation II isn't bad imho, but if I would buy it, it would be for GTA 3. But that's one coming for PC around march/may. Gamecube is the underdog, and often overlooked. Just as the Dreamcast I own. Many people don't know it, until they see Soul Calibur on it: "Whoa even Tekken Tag Tournament on PS2 isn't that good".
I love Nintendo ... had a NES and a SNES ... those consoles rocked. When prices come down, I'll buy a gamecube prolly.

I didn't relize GT 3 was comin' out for computer anytime soon. It's pretty fun for PS2. I've been into cars for a while, so it's fun to make a 600 hp Integra Type-R on a video game without costing you any actual money. Anyway, if I buy anything in the near future, it'll be an XBox. The reasons being the games and the graphics. Oh, also, Metal Gear Solid 2 is out for PS2, gonna have to go pick that up.
