Yeah, MPEG-4 or H.264 will look cruddy when viewed on your television, but good enough when viewed on the iPod screen. You have always had the ability to view true 1080i HD from an iPod via the firewire onto a plasma screen or 1080i Wega but not a complete HD movie since they (iPods) do not have enough hard drive space. Steve Jobs is brilliant! I can see ESPN tripping all over themselves to get sports onto iPods, The Movie Channel, Turner Classic Movies,... Now if only they would put a phone and camera on them with a free ftp application. love & peace, dirt |
