I am going to take a wild guess that the "video stuff" you didnt understand was SLI. Since 3Dfx owned the patents to SLI back in the day and nVidia acquired 3Dfx, nVidia now has the patents to SLI. On that site is an nVidia 6800 Ultra, which has the ability to be configured for SLI. I'm not sure if Apple is doing it already, but the motherboard would need dual pci-x slots to be able to support SLI. It's quite sexy. Check out toms hardware...got a nice write up about it. |

Just get a LCD TV with monitor connections ;) or a projector. I've seen apple monitor though not side by side with others. Any big features apple has?

Axiom, no, it isn't SLI at all. It's a core set of video effects that are accessible to any program. So any app can now apply filters to images and videos, like photoshop or final cut pro. It also drives things like new genie effects. That's what I was referring to. |
