Not a joke:

Creature House Expression™ 3 is an innovative vector-based illustration and graphics tool that provides exciting creative capabilities for designers working in print, web, video, and interactive mediums.

So far:
- I don't like that I don't have scrollbars.
- The interface design feels equivalent to the elegance of a 1980 Ford Escort's console

I don't have enough experience with Illustrator to make a comparison, so I won't.

Obviously this is just an acquisition of Microsoft's, and really had nothing at all to do with them. And I bet no one would have heard about it or cared if they hadn't acquired it. Pfffft.

I could only wish that Microsoft would buy me out. If they didn't want that, they wouldn't have sold. They knew the key to the survival of the software, and to full wallets, was to sell to Microsoft.

I think they're working on something to replace MS Paint.

I wouldn't go so far as to call PowerPoint a graphics program. PowerPoint is meant so corporate executives, people who can't install their own software, can make presentations.

PowerPoint is a hell of a program for what it does. What more do you want from a presentation software package? It's not PowerPoint's fault that it's used so badly (take Flash for example).

i want a clean, usable program that plays well with other file types so when the corporate types ask for stylish graphics to insert in their boring presentations it can be done without a major headache
