While im not using free e-mail anymore, I like the fact the the ad will be based on the content of the e-mail... thie will help pay for the service (since more ad will be click on...so it pays more) and You might find the interesting... Some say it is an invasion of privacy, but as long as it is only a machine I say I dont find it annoying... as long as this info dont go into a database! But 1 Gb... to much they will make it resonable... Remember before Micro$oft hotmail inbox where larger... |

i might be wrong like most of the time but isnt spymac giving free 1gb email service or maybe thats not for free but i thuink their free service is 25 anyways i wouldnt need any more then that anyways netscape is like 5... just checked i was right... |

I dont see why anyone would need 1 gb for email. Unless google is going to allow people to send huge huge files. Then the whole piracy issue comes into the play. Yahoo has 6mb and I do come close, but that account is 7 years old, and I dont know who would need ~200 times that amount.

My email is about 200mb right now, because I use IMAP, so all my messages and attachments stay on the server rather than being downloaded to my computer.
