flatten the layers and give it to him. :D

(you're incredibly stupid, paavo)

Yes.
LMAO,.....as funny as this idea may be, the end result is what they're paying for. On the other hand it's like someone requesting the source code for a project and what they get is a compiled binary.

Man, I don't know about giving up those .psd files. I more like mihai, "give away my babies?"

That's how I feel. But what if a client decides to make a change to a button of some sort, then what? How will they change the font? I guess that's where power comes in muah-hahaha! *looks at client's lates request*

Yeah, those .psd's are precious, but I don't see the harm in giving them away, it's just a personal thing I guess.

if he pays for it, sure ill hand it over..

And im pretty sure mihai is right about it beeing the clients responsability to include the handing over of the .psd file in the contract..

But to make sure, make your own contract. In fact, someone posted one in here some time back.. And talk to the client, ask what he wants and how he wants it - and include EVERYTHING in the contract so he doesn't screw you later on with the "we NEVER agreed on that, and i dont know what you're talking about" ...

ok, i don't give them PSDs. most clients wouldn't know what to do with them. BUT if they ask for them though, I hand them over.

if someone pays me to design something, they are paying for the time i take to create it and those source files belong to them.
