Thank guys - but DAMN - they sure don't like to loose a customer! SHEESH!
Anyways - I have already bought an account with Insiderhosting and everything but I'm not sure how to get my domain over to insiderhosting...

You need to get the domain name from them. If you want contact steven or Tal over at Insider and tell them your dilemna and register your domain thru Insider and they would handle getting the domain transfered (I am assuming....) You could pay for an additional year.
