- I would imagine they are responsible for all the contents printed on the mag
- They would be responsible if it was anywhere else but a reader submited image.

Yeah you know there has to be some form of a user agreement stating that no matter what.....they aint responsible for anything. Kinda SOL on that one.

On a side note......have u gone through the C&D website?? Like this for ex. in the TOS......though it most likely applies only to the website......but any info is a start

Even though they published it? I would imagine they are responsible for all the contents printed on the mag.

If you contact them, odds are that you'll get not only a retraction of the previous story, but also, a reprint of the picture to jog the readers memory. Furthermore, if you explain the principle of photochopping to them, meybe something will come of it, such as future prints of yours and other's chops.

You don't need to have a high res photo of it to be sent in. In the magazine the picture isn't too big. And the original pic is only 640x480, I made it only playing around, and it blew up.

Which issue was that in, btw? My brother subscribes to it, and that last page is the one that I always make a point to check out, just because of the inane chop jobs.
