Finally got iPod!!! WoOt!!!

Finally got my iPod! Got a $25 off thing for signing up and then they had this special for free engraving. I got the iPod then realized that it only comes with a firewire cable. Now I have to wait for a friggin usb 2.0 cable to mail. Poop... :(

I just bought a firewire card for my PC...

ipods rock man those things are sweat, wish i had one, but i already have a pocket pc and use that for my mp3 player.

I went with the 10 gig too. The other were just too much for my budget. I think 10 gigs if perfect though.

Good choice: 10 gig is plenty, dude. My info:

1188 songs, 3.2 days, 5.09 GB
I've had mine since July, it's a 15 GB. I use it for contacts and calendar, and running data to and from work. I'd cry if it died. :(

Heard that it can't take more than one drop. I've got a friend who's got an old 5gb and my teacher has one of the new 20gb and both dropped theres and that was that lol. I'm all paranoid.
